Important Moving Notice for occupants
Tenants must personally attend to Housing Allocation Division of Housing Bureau for applying and processing the procedures of housing return, and pay the rental of the current month, bills of electric and water supply, as well as clear up all the sundries within the apartment.
Rental Payment

Tenants of social housing apartments must pay the rental within 1st to 18th of the current month at the specific places stated at the tenancy agreements. |

The delinquent tenants should pay the overdue rental, with the rental of the following month and 50% additional fine in regulated forms and date. |
The Use and Maintenance of the Equipments in the Apartment

The entire fee for repairing the interior damage of the apartment will be paid by the tenant, except the maintenance fee for the construction flaw and defect; |
| 2. |
If the exterior damage of the housing is caused by the tenant, the entire fee for repairing such damage will be responsible to the tenant; |
| 3. |
Do not remove any improvement inside the apartment without getting permission from Housing Bureau. Besides, the tenant has no right to ask for any compensation for the damage. |
